2-RA Villa is a corner plot located in Abu-Fatira residential area in Kuwait, created for a young Kuwaiti family who appreciate indoor/outdoor interaction and activities. The architectural language becomes a solid expression of the interior and exterior circulation, around a vertical garden attached to a unique structural element.

We have introduced concrete finishing’s with metal mesh and 2 colors of louvers (black & wooden texture) for modern industrial touches, where it has been used both externally and internally. We emphasized an open interior plan for the villa, specially in the Ground Floor, where all the activities goes around it, such as the landscape around BBQ area and swimming pool. We have selected a light tone of marble to match the exterior feelings with a luxury touch. All of the bedrooms in the 1st & 2nd Floor face the street side, and a spacious multipurpose room in basement has natural lighting access for any family activities.
