Mas Chalet
In a sunny hot summer in Kuwait, there is nothing better than a modern beach house, surrounded by palm trees and an exotic swimming pool in the Khairan area. The main architectural idea of this chalet is the U-shape intersected volumes that emphasize the terraces and balconies in all 3 floors. The interior design of this chalet focuses on a modern design language, where we have reintroduced the exterior Qabatian sand stones into the interior as well, with light walnut wood to match the colour pallet. We emphasized an open plan in the Ground Floor, with an open interior kitchen with a prestigious dining area next to it overlooking the beach. All bedrooms are master bedrooms in this chalet, with walk in closets and spacious bathrooms, to ensure a luxurious experience for all family members. The main master suite is located in the second floor, with a large balcony facing the Arabian Gulf. Location Khairan, Kuwait Area 600 SQM Date 2021
